Master Remote

The OHD Anywhere® garage door opener app uses a sensor attached to the garage door which is an important security advantage versus other systems that monitor the opener instead of the garage door position. You are alerted as to whether the door changes to the fully open or closed position even if the door is operated manually by disengaging the door from the opener.

Wireless Wall Console

The Overhead Door® Wireless Wall Console is an innovative, battery powered solution for your garage door system that eliminates the need for wires running up the wall. This console has helpful features such as a “Jogger Button” (10-second delay), an up/down door button with optional LED backlighting, and a separate work light button to control the light on the opener. The LED backlight has two pulsating speeds and will turn red to notify you when your console batteries are running low.

Compatibility - Works with all Overhead Door® CodeDodger® equipped openers manufactured since 2013. Not compatible with Legacy® 800 Model 2026 or Standard Drive® 600 Model 1026.

Wireless Wall Console FAQs

  • Which openers are compatible with the Overhead Door® Wireless Wall Console?

    The wireless wall console is compatible with most Overhead Door® CodeDodger® garage door openers manufactured since 2013. The wireless wall console is not compatible with the Legacy® 650 Model 1026 or Legacy® 850 Model 2026.

  • How do you program the wireless wall console?

    The wireless wall console can be programmed in a similar way that any other Overhead Door® CodeDodger® remote is programmed – by pressing the PROGRAM button on the opener for approximately 2 seconds, then pressing the large DOOR button on the console 3-4 times until the door moves.

  • What functions can you perform with the wireless wall console?

    The wireless wall console has 3 buttons. The largest button (DOOR button) moves the door up and down. There is a “Jogger button” (DELAY button) that when pressed provides the user 10 seconds before the door begins to move. Press the button up to 3 times for a maximum of 30 seconds. The final button is a work LIGHT button that allows you to turn the light on the opener on and off.

  • Does this console have any type of backlighting?

    The wireless wall console has a pulsing backlight that makes it easy to locate in dark spaces. You can change the pulse rate to an alternate speed or turn it off completely for maximum battery life. The backlight will also turn red to visually indicate when the batteries need changing.

  • How does the “Jogger button” (DELAY button) work?

    When the “Jogger Button” (DELAY button) is pressed – the user will have 10 seconds before the door begins to move. The delayed movement could be an upward or downward movement depending on the position of the door when the button is pressed. Press the button up to 3 times for a maximum of 30 seconds before the door moves.

  • How do I stop the door if I have already pressed the “Jogger button” (DELAY button)?

    The delay function can be stopped by pressing the DOOR button on the same wall console.

  • After I press the “Jogger button” (DELAY button), how will I know my time is up and the door will begin to move?

    After the DELAY button is pressed, the wireless wall console backlight will proceed to flash once per second for 10 seconds, 20 seconds or 30 seconds depending on how many times you pressed it. The work light on the opener will flash 4-5 seconds prior to door movement to alert the user.

  • How do I clear out the wireless wall console from the opener head?

    In all Odyssey® and Destiny® operators (Models 7030, 7060, 8030, 8130, 8060, 8160), the wireless wall console will clear from the head in the same manner as other radio frequency (RF) devices (such as keypads or transmitters) clear out. This is also true of Legacy® operators produced since the middle of 2018 (Models 1029, 2029, 7020, 7120). Please follow the instructions inside the manual to clear out RF devices on these units.


    For any Legacy® operators 2013 – mid-2018, the wireless wall console does NOT clear from the head in the same manner. The wireless wall console can be cleared from the opener head by using the specific process documented on the backside of the console. Please reference the label on the back of the console or the instruction sheet for the wireless wall console.

  • When my Safe-T-Beam® system is obstructed, can I override them by holding down the DOOR button on the wireless wall console and force the door to close?

    This is called ‘constant contact to close’. The wireless wall console cannot perform this function with any opener manufactured prior to 2019. It may be performed with some openers manufactured 2019 +, please consult the opener manual to see if this feature applies to the unit you have.

  • What kind of batteries does the wireless wall console use?

    The wireless wall console operates with (2) common AAA batteries conveniently located underneath the battery cover at the front of the wall console.

Wireless Keypad OKP-BX

Entry to your home is even easier with an Overhead Door™ Digital Wireless Keypad. No need for remote controllers or keys. The Overhead Door™ Digital Wireless Keypad provides secure door entry for up to three Overhead Door®​ garage door openers.

Our new flip-up cover design is made from a tough, weather-resistant plastic that includes an ultraviolet (UV) additive to protect against sunlight damage. The cover can be easily removed without tools and movement of the cover does not activate the keypad; eliminating the chance of the battery being drained prematurely. ​

Our Digital Wireless Keypad comes with a larger keypad size with easy to read lighted buttons. The keys are fully illuminated for greater visibility. The color-coded program button has been moved away from the numeric buttons to minimize unintended activation. ​

This model has a convenient indicator light that alerts homeowners of a low battery. The Digital Wireless Keypad requires a 9-volt battery which is included. The battery compartment features a unique "Triple Lock" design for secure battery retention. The keypad stays programmed during battery change; no need for reprogramming.

Battery Backup

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Battery Bac​kup accessory offers homeowners the security of always being prepared when severe weather hits, even in case of a power outage. It’s an accessory that can be easily installed and provides true peace of mind. When the power is out, the Battery Backup will do the heavy lifting.​

The Overhead Door™ Battery Backup, powered by Interstate Batteries®, provides reliable garage door operation in the event of electricity outages. It is compatible with Overhead Door® Destiny® and Odyssey® garage door openers, which combine reliability, speed and power, all with quiet operation. The Battery Backup accessory enables an opener to operate the garage door at 3.5 inches per second, and, in the event of an extended loss of electricity, the unit will run up to 50 cycles in a 24-hour period after initial power outage.

With several mounting options available, this accessory is designed to be unobtrusive. It’s charged and powered via a connector cable running between the opener and the unit, which means there is no need for it to be plugged into an outlet. The Battery Backup can be easily installed by either an Overhead Door™ Distributor or the homeowner. The unit is equipped with an 8-AMP, sealed lead-acid battery (SLA) from Interstate, one of the nation’s largest battery replacement companies, reaches full charge within 48 hours and has front-facing LEDs that indicate charge status.

Severe weather events are not an uncommon occurrence. With the Overhead Door™ Battery Backup, customers can rest easy knowing that, with electricity or not, they will always be able to access their garage.​​​​

    The OHD bulb is considered a 60W equivalent and produces 800 lumens of “warm” brightness.

  • What is the power usage of this light bulb?

    The OHD bulb is a low-energy, 10W power usage bulb which equals a very low cost per year.

  • Is this bulb durable?

    The OHD bulb has been specifically designed and tested to reduce or eliminate remote interference with most garage door openers. This bulb is shatter- and vibration-resistant (withstands 5G force!). This bulb has been cold weather tested to -30ºC and is damp location rated. It is definitely durable!

  • What is the warranty on this item?

    The OHD bulb has a 3-year limited warranty.

  • Is this bulb dimmable?

    No, this bulb is not able to be used as a dimmable bulb.

  • Will I have any problems opening my door due to frequency problems?

    No, this bulb is radio frequency friendly – specifically designed to reduce or eliminate any that type of radio frequency interference!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
